This study examines the environmental tax and trade flows in Nordic countries. We analyse the trade flow between two countries induced by environmental tax revenue and economic growth, and regional trade agreements, and determine whether or not trade flows are being impacted by the environmental tax. The results found that the effect of an environmental tax on exports is positive, which means the environmental tax of imported countries increases the trade flows among Nordic countries.

The research stems from a problem of prevalence of tax evasion phenomenon from taxpayers and its negative and serious impacts resulting therefrom. The results of such negative and serious impacts are represented in a decrease tax revenue proceeds and the damages to the public treasury of the state, as well as the occurrence of evader taxpayers under the law and take the penalties and legal sanctions against them by the tax authority. For the purposes of this research, tax exemption can be perceived as those exemptions granted on the incomes of natural and moral taxpayers.

The authors used prospective estimates of revenue and expenses for ordinary activities, obtained on the basis of a multiplicative trend-seasonal model to predict the profit of an agricultural enterprise. The study draws attention to the fact that the classical decomposition of the trend-seasonal model into trend, seasonal and random components is possible and convenient for forecasting the financial performance of an agricultural enterprise that has seasonality in crop and livestock production.
