By using transaction cost analysis (TCA), we set up a research model, which composed of various factors which are critical to the success of Internet sales channel and elaborate the role of these factors on this issue. Subsequently, appropriate propositions are instigated and investigated in order to determine the impact of these variables on the manufacturers’ decision making in this area.

In dairy industry whey is a by-product during the manufacture of coagulated milk products such as paneer, channa, casein etc. Bioactive peptides produced by the fermentation of the whey have various biofunctional properties. The ACE inhibitory activity of cultured buttermilk prepared by addition of 40% fermented whey (RT3), 30% fermented whey (RT4) and control (RT5) were found to be 69.24, 64.50 and 57.63 per cent respectively.

The features of a drop-on-demand-based system developed for the manufacture of meltbased pharmaceuticals have been previously reported. In this paper, a supervisory control system, which is designed to ensure reproducible production of high quality of melt-based solid oral dosages, is presented. This control system enables the production of individual dosage forms with the desired critical quality attributes: amount of active ingredient and drug morphology by monitoring and controlling critical process parameters, such as drop size and product and process temperatures.

30 feed millers from Punjab were randomly chosen and subjected to questionnaire method to seek the information regarding various socio-economic characteristics of feed miller, production practices, perceptions regarding aflatoxin contamination of their manufactured feed and methods applied to eradicate the problem.
