This paper aimed to unleash the modular experiences of university freshmen during the onset. Using a transcendental phenomenological approach, the data were collected through individual phone interviews with fifteen university freshmen key informants analyzed through Colizzi’s seven steps in data analysis.

The research aims to propose solutions for mergers between Vietnamese securities companies to improve the financial capacity of securities companies currently operating on the Vietnam Stock Exchange - VNX (HNX, HoSE and Upcom exchanges). In this research, ‘loyalty’ means customer perception about the brand and repurchase intention from Aarong. Independent Variables (factors) were chosen after interviewing customers with buying experience from Aarong, and previous studies on fashion industry. A non-probability judgmental sampling methodology was followed for primary data collection and 301 completed sample responses were collected. Descriptive statistics were conducted to describe the demographic information of the respondents; twelve factors were tested to find out their influence on customer loyalty toward Aarong.

In this paper, we propose an artificial neural network (ANN) based method to predict the energy use in campus buildings in short-term time series from one hour up to one week. The proposed method analyzes and extracts the features from the historical data of load and temperature to generate the prediction of future energy consumption in the building based on sparsified K-means. To evaluate the performance of the proposed approach, historical load data in hourly resolution collected from the campus buildings in Chonnam National University were used.

In a moss sample collected from Mount Kulal in Kenya, a new population of Mesobiotus radiatus was found. Given that the original description of M. radiatus was based solely on the morphology observed by light microscopy and measurements based mostly on a single individual, here we describe the new population by means of integrative taxonomy and a large sample size.

We tracked yearly variation in breeding phenology in relation to weather parameters in a common European toad population from the southeastern part of its range. Phenological data were collected from 2001 to 2003 and from 2011 to 2017 and compared to open-access daily weather data from a nearby weather station. Data analysis revealed no significant effect of weather on initiation of breeding and a negative relationship between mean daily humidity and mean cloud cover on the duration of breeding season (P = 0.03).

In the present study, we conducted a latent profile analysis to identify three clusters of Teacher Education students based on their reported use of self-regulated learning strategies. The sample comprised 527 undergraduate Teacher Education students (Mean age ¼ 22 years; SD ¼ 2.20) randomly selected from seven universities in Uganda. Data were collected using the modified Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire.
