In this research, the problems were divided into three small, medium and large groups, and for each of the solving methods the evaluation criteria was calculated. The results of this comparison indicated that non-dominated optimization algorithm outperforms the exact solving method. Therefore, it was concluded that this algorithm should be used to solve the model of real data.

This study aims to optimize the classification process of providing assistance to Indonesian Telematics Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) using a deep learning approach. The data used is the 2016 Economic Census data. The research was conducted comprehensively through the process of comparing performance through several approaches. Deep learning performance shows an optimal accuracy rate of 99.03%, higher than other approaches of the Adaboost and Adaboos-Bagging Ensemble (92.0%), LVQ (93.11%) and Backpropagation (89.1%).

In this study, we optimized the fermentation medium for spore production of Paenibacillus polymyxa IN937a. Seven factors including molasses, glucose, magnesium sulfate, potassium pyrophosphate, yeast extract, zinc sulfate, and ammonium sulfate are selected as the basis for the screening of factors affecting the spore production of P. polymyxa IN937a by the Plackett-Burman experiment.

Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to investigate the electrochemical behaviors of Sudan IV in phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The Heck coupling of haloarenes with various alkenes was successfully performed in the presence of 0.25 mol% PdCl2 and 0.5 mol% biphenyl-4-yl-[4(5)-(biphenyl-4-yl)-1H -imidazol-2-yl]ketone 2f as a ligand with Na2CO3 as optimal base, in a 1:1 mixture of H2O/DMF as the reaction solvent at 80◦C for 8 h. Imidazole 2f was found to be an inexpensive, air-stable, easily available, and efficient ligand in the palladium-catalyzed Heck reactions of aryl iodides (76%–94%), bromides (52%–79%), and chlorides (40%–70%).

In this paper, a fast, cheap, simple, sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method based on high spin peroxo-Fe(III)-EDTA complex in the alkaline medium was developed for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in real water samples. The purple-coloured complex with a maximum absorbance at a wavelength of 525 nm was formed. Various parameters such as type of stabilizer reagent and its concentration, reaction time, Fe(III), EDTA and NH3 concentration were optimized. Usnic acid (UA) was extracted from Usnea longissima (L.) Ach. in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2 ) medium. The selected process parameters were extraction temperature (35–45 °C), amount of co-solvent (0%–5%) and extraction time (5–9 h). These parameters were applied to Box-Behnken design (BBD) belonging to response surface methodology (RSM) to determine optimum process parameters for the highest amount of UA in the extract. g UA/100g lichen, extraction yield % and UA content values were calculated in the range of 0.045–0.317, 2.77–5.

In this study, 341 Bacillus sp. strains were isolated from agricultural soils of Turkey. The potent extracellular lipase producer was selected. It was identified by 16S rRNA, named as Bacillus cereus ATA179. Optimal nutritional and physical parameters for lipase production were determined. Sucrose as the carbon source, (NH4 )2 HPO4 as the nitrogen source, CaCl2 as the metal ion were obtained. The best results of physical parameters were stated at 45°C, pH 7.0, shaking rate 50 rpm, inoculation amount 7% and inoculum age 24 h.

The obtained results show that FeNPs added to MS medium was higher growth, chlorophyll (a, b and a+b) content, antioxidant activity of SOD and APX enzymesthan Fe-EDTA in MS medium as control treatment. The effect of FeNPs are differences between culture systems. In vitro solid and microponic culture systems, the optimal concentration is 75 mM FeNPs and in vitro hydroponic culture system is 100 mM FeNPs.

The present study aims to investigate the neuroprotective effects of PNG extract and its ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 on ischemic neuronal damage caused by oxygen and glucose deprivation (OGD) in mouse organotypic hippocampal slice cultures (OHSCs). Before the experiments, hippocampal slices collected from 7-day-old Swiss mice were cultured for 7 days. OGD was triggered in OHSCs for 30, 60, or 90 min with the aim of finding the optimal period of OGD for drug testing.

Roses are one of the most popular fl owers in the world because of their beauty, color, aroma as well as their various uses and Red Eden rose is one of the most popular hybrid roses. Results of the study showed the most optimal medium for shoot multiplication, which was MS + 30 g/l of sucrose + 8 g/l of agar supplemented with 0.5 mg/l of BA. The optimal medium for growth and fl owering was ½MS + 30 g/l of sucrose + 8 g/l of agar supplemented with 30 μM of AgNO3 . However, NAA at all tested concentrations did not show any eff ect on in vitro plant growth.
