This paper rethinks the concept of voice in ways that resist normative humanist assumptions and explores the possibilities of an alternative posthuman ontologics of voice for qualitative praxis. I sketch the contours of a feminist posthuman phenomenology of voice in which the embodied, material, relational, and transcorporeal qualities of breathy bodies are foregrounded.
