This study encompasses the supply chain model of distribution of the fishing industry. A family is a place where interactions between individuals and the larger community happen. The first social interactions that children have are with their mother and other family members. This was a qualitative study using a case study approach to thoroughly understand the family-based culture of fishing families in Banten Province, Indonesia. The results of the study revealed that family-based childcare was liberal, and the children were allowed to choose their own activities.

The in vitro raised plantlets were successfully acclimatized under ex vitro conditions and grew well in the glasshouse. All the regenerated plantlets appeared normal with respect to morphological characteristics with 100% survival rate. Somaclonal variation in tissue culture is a common phenomenon which makes it mandatory to check for genetic stability of plants. The genetic variation in the in vitro raised plants was confirmed using Inter Simple Sequence Repeats(ISSR) markers. Comparison of the bands with the mother plant revealed that the genetic variation frequency reached 6.

Pomegranate can be propagated by seed, air layering, grafting, shoot cuttings and tissue culture. Seed propagation is used to raise the rootstocks that can be utilized for germplasm conservation and rootstocks breeding purpose. Vegetative propagation methods are used to multiply selected genotypes that bring similar character in form of clones having similar characters to mother plant. Genetic uniformity of in vitro raised plants is a prerequisite for production of quality planting material of banana. Embryogenic cultures were induced from immature male flower buds of two important cultivars of banana, ‘Rasthali’ (Silk-Musa AAB) and ‘Grand Naine’ (Cavendish-Musa AAA). Cell suspensions were established and regenerated plants were evaluated for their genetic stability using 10 inter simple sequence repeat markers.

In an attempt to develop superior Trichoderma viride isolates for improvement in chitinase Enzyme productivity, induction of mutants was applied. After application of different concentrations of Ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) and Hydroxyl amine (HA) treatments on T.viride mutants were obtained. Trichoderma viride was determined by its physiological state so that change in genetical conditions could alter the antagonism. Hence, the genetic modification using mutagenesis offers the potential for producing improved bioprotection is likely to enhance their biocontrol.
