The current review paper thus intends to analyze the effectiveness of self-improvement programs that focus on reducing alcoholism in the society. The best initiative that can be taken against this war with substance use would be to motivate and encourage people to stop abusing and exploiting the consumption of alcohol, and that would be possible only if people are aware of the side effects of this beverage.

In this study, general food choice motives are not considered, instead more specific attitude towards packed ready to heat and eat food products are predicted based on specific attitude like health consciousness, environmental attitude and healthy food related life style.
