New method should be applied

The experience of English teaching, especially speaking class, comes from the actual classroom and that is not a good news for a new teacher, who does not have it but urgently needs to acquire the basic knowledge. This writing provides the reasons why the level of interesting acts as a crucial point in the succeeding of a class. Furthermore, some methods of teaching speaking are going to be viewed and discussed to strengthen the point of view that intrinsic motivation should be applied in the class.

This paper describes a new method to generate unbiased equal-weighted portfolio daily returns by removing the impacts of bid-ask bounce and non-synchronous trading. For example, for the CRSP daily equal-weighted market index over 1964 to 1993 (EWRETD), the annual bias of the time series generated by our method is 0.05%, considerably smaller than 6% as reported by Canina et al. (1998). In addition, we also discuss the research impact by using both biased and unbiased daily EWRETD on beta, alpha, volatility and event study.

In this regard, the operating team's SA in a conventional and digital MCR should be measured in order to assess whether the new design features implemented in a digital MCR affect this parameter. This paper explains the team SA measurement method used in this study and the results of applying this measurement method to operating teams in different MCR environments.
