This changing external environment is the context for this 'practitioner research' investigative project - the development of a motorsports program as a case study of innovation and entrepreneurship at Wodonga Institute of TAFE. A participant-observer research approach was applied to examine the perceptions of the stakeholders about the development of the program. The project's main objectives were to analyse the data obtained during geological exploration and use it to model and predict biological patterns in order to answer the main research questions: 1) Is there a statistical relationship between the environmental parameters and the benthic community composition and morphospecies observed? 2) Can predictive models be developed from this relationship? The research reported here addresses the question of what is required to engage stakeholders to create effective change. It is a case study of one organisation, Melbourne Water, which is located in Victoria, Australia. The research is undertaken using a qualitative, action research framework and a systems psychodynamic perspective. Volunteer participants participated in one-on-one interviews and focus groups. The data is also generated through organisational observations and reflection utilising the methods of supervision and journaling.

In order to distribute earnings to shareholders, besides cash dividend, the firms can also buy back shares. However, compared to cash dividends, share repurchases are less common. Therefore, the thesis only focuses on cash dividend policy of the firms. Specifically, the thesis studies the dividend payment policy of 460 firms listed on HSX and HNX between 2010 and 2016. The data is collected from 2009 to 2017. The data needed for research is extracted from the Datastream database. The final sample includes 2,653 firmyear observations.

A field survey was conducted in Aravalli district to determine the healthcare management practices followed by dairy farmers. Data were collected from randomly selected 150 dairy farmers through personal interview with the help of pretested structured schedule. It was revealed that majority of the respondents (86.66%) observed off feed as main symptom of illness followed by decrease in milk production (39.33%), uneasiness (24.00%) and dry muzzle (21.33%).

Theoretical a-decay half-lives of some nuclei from ground state to ground state are calculated using different nuclear potential model including Coulomb proximity potential (CPPM), Royer proximity potential and Broglia and Winther 1991.
