In this study, combinations of aerial images captured using UAV and geo-processing software, ArcGIS, are promoted towards automated approach for counting shipping containers. The overlapping UAV aerial images are post-processed using photogrammetric technique to create Digital Surface Model (DSM) which represents the ground and above surface feature’s elevations. A questionnaire survey has been distributed for this study and result showed that there are several aspects under each of segments that can lead to customer satisfaction by using the PLS-SEM and IPMA analysis. The findings in this study can be used by other hotel operators to have a thoughtful mind on the factors that driven customers’ preferences and satisfaction that will aid in designing a message with better persuasion and at the same time attract more tourists to come and visit Malaysia.

The primary objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence the implementation of Industry 4.0 among Malaysian and Nigerian Small and Medium Enterprises. The Questionnaires were distributed to SMEs operators in both countries while analysis was done with 74 and 95 responses from Malaysia and Nigeria respectively using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM 3).

Present study is ascertain to elaborate the role of green supply chain management towards the suppliers’ performance. Further, the role of social capital as a potential mediator is also explored in the Thai business to business (B2B) context. Data was collected by using the survey questionnaires. Different statistical tests for measurement model and hypothesis testing respectively. Findings highlighted that suppliers’ performance both in environmental and operational terms improves due to the GSCM practices.

The purpose of this paper is to study the characteristics of competitiveness in firms’ sectors of the Greek manufacturing industry, based on firm level accounting and qualitative data attempting to identify key issues regarding Greek SMEs. An unbalanced data set of 407 Greek manufacturing SMEs is implemented, covering the period of 2003-2011 with the use of a multivariate regression model (EGLS) with explanatory variables characterizing firms’ operational activity.

Analysed the quantitative data by SPSS and the results show 2 factors affect the performance namely GSCM Benefits and Critical Success factor. Consumer safety contributed significantly in GSCM benefits while, high satisfaction of customers and business partners in SCs contributed significantly in critical success factor.

In this study, financial performance is assessed through three indicators ROA (return of assets), ROE (return of equity), NIM (net profit margin). Based on previous domestic and foreign studies, the research has selected a suitable model for Vietnam with 08 factors affecting financial performance including bank size (SIZE), equity to total assets (CAP), operating expenses to operating income (CIR), risk provision (RISK), bank age (AGE), fixed assets to total assets (TANG), gross domestic product growth rate (GDP) and inflation rate (INF).

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of total quality management practices on corporate social responsibility in Malaysian hotels using the supply chain management model, namely, the supply chain operations reference model (SCOR). While considering the Malaysian hospitality industry, the database was developed. For a sample of 250 Malaysian hotels, with 3-5 stars, the database comprised of representative parameters related to CSR and TQM.

The authors used prospective estimates of revenue and expenses for ordinary activities, obtained on the basis of a multiplicative trend-seasonal model to predict the profit of an agricultural enterprise. The study draws attention to the fact that the classical decomposition of the trend-seasonal model into trend, seasonal and random components is possible and convenient for forecasting the financial performance of an agricultural enterprise that has seasonality in crop and livestock production.

To test the effectiveness of the risk management model composing of 5 variables on the business performance of SMEs in Bangkok, Thailand. These variables were strategic, financial, operational, compliance risks, and the balanced scorecard, respectively. Methods: The research is undertaken based on a quantitative research methodology in which the data collection has been achieved through selfadministered questionnaires from n = 400 participants. The item-objective congruence value test was used to assess the questionnaire validity at the design stage, on a pilot sample of 3 experts.
