Quality of blast preparation for rock beneficiation influences both on integrity of mineral stock in particular and in economical performances of enterprise operations in general. While rock processing for obtaining of crushed stone the yield of screenings is high, its amounts depend on rock strength properties.

The thesis aims to produce nanoparticles (dielectric, ferrites, ferromagnetic, metal) and their nanoparticles. Find the optimal technology process, suitable for making absorbent samples. Survey the basic properties of fabricated nanomaterials. Measuring and studying the effects of microwave absorption in magnetic-dielectric nanoparticles, absorption mechanisms and dependence of absorbing properties on the parameters of materials, thereby finding solutions Enhance absorption capacity as well as adjust absorption parameters.

This thesis aimed to apply the SEM for dynamic analysis of cracked beam subjected moving harmonic force in the frequency domain. Namely, the frequency response of a cracked beam subjected to moving harmonic force is obtained explicitly and examined in dependence upon the load and crack parameters. This task is acknowledged herein spectral analysis of cracked beam subjected to moving load.

A clear difference in the enthalpy changes derived from spectroscopic and calorimetric measurements has recently been shown. The exact interpretation of this deviation varied from study to study, but it was generally attributed to the non-two-state transition and heat capacity change. Although the temperature-dependent thermodynamics of the duplex formation was often implied, systemic and extensive studies have been lacking in universally assigning the appropriate thermodynamic parameter sets.

The ¯uorescence resonance energy transfer parameter, f, is de®ned as the eciency of the energy transfer normalized by the quantum yield of the donor in the presence of acceptor. It is possible to characterize the ¯exibility of the protein matrix between the appropriate ¯uorescent probes by monitoring the temperature dependence of f. The intermonomer ¯exibility of the Ca-actin and Mg-actin ®laments was characterized by using this method at pH values of 6.5 and 7.4.

Tightly coupled inside-out vesicles were prepared from Paracoccus denitrificanscells (SPP, sub-Paracoccusparticles) and characterized kinetically. The rate of NADHoxidation, catalysed by SPP, increases 6–8 times on addition of gram-icidin. The vesicles are capable of catalysing DlH + -dependent reverse electron transfer fromquinol toNAD + . The kinetic parameters of the NADH-oxidase and the reverse electron transfer carried out by membrane-bound P. denitrificanscomplex I were estimated and compared with those of the mitochondrial enzyme. ...

The kinetics of the reversible thermal unfolding, irreversible thermal unfolding, and reductive unfolding processes of bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A (RNase A) were investi-gated in NaCl/Pi solutions. Image parameters including Shannon entropy, Hamming distance, mutual information and correlation coefficient were used in the analysis of the CD and 1D NMR spectra. The irreversible thermal unfolding transition of RNase A was not a cooperative process, pretransitional structure changes occur before the main thermal denaturation....

The glyoxalase pathway ofLeishmania infantumwas kinetically character-ized as a trypanothione-dependent system. Using time course analysis based on parameter fitting with a genetic algorithm, kinetic parameters were estimated for both enzymes, with trypanothione derived substrates. A Kmof 0.253 mmand aVof 0.21lmolÆmin )1 Æmg )1 for glyoxalase I, and a Kmof 0.098 mmand aVof 0.18lmolÆmin )1 Æmg )1 for glyoxalase II, were obtained.

Substitution oftrans-proline at three positions in ubiquitin (residues 19, 37 and 38) produces significant context-dependent effects on protein stability (both stabilizing and destabilizing) that reflect changes to a combination of parameters including backbone flexibility, hydrophobic interactions, solvent accessibility to polar groups and intrinsic backbone conformational preferences. Kinetic analysis of thewild-type yeast protein reveals a predominant fast-folding phase which conforms to an apparent two-state folding model. ...

Antifreeze proteins (AFPs) possess a unique ability to bind to a seed ice crystal to inhibit its growth. The strength of this binding has been evalu-ated by thermal hysteresis (TH). In this study, we examined the dependence of TH on experimental parameters, including cooling rate, annealing time, annealing temperature and the size of the seed ice crystal for an isoform of type III AFP from notched-fin eelpout (nfeAFP8).

AN EXAMINATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, LEADERSHIP STYLE AND PERCEIVED LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS With more districts, the distance between the average incomes of districts that are adjacent in the quality distribution is smaller. As C depends on this distance, a higher J reduces the amount by which a low-income districts effectiveness parameter can exceed that of the next-wealthier district before the wealthier families will bid away houses in the more effective district....

Bowen’s formula relates the Hausdorff dimension of a conformal repeller to the zero of a ‘pressure’ function. We present an elementary, self-contained proof to show that Bowen’s formula holds for C 1 conformal repellers. We consider time-dependent conformal repellers obtained as invariant subsets for sequences of conformally expanding maps within a suitable class.

The Fourier transform of a C ∞ function, f , with compact support on a real reductive Lie group G is given by a collection of operators φ(P, σ, λ) := π P (σ, λ)(f ) for a suitable family of representations of G, which depends on a family, indexed by P in a finite set of parabolic subgroups of G, of pairs of parameters (σ, λ), σ varying in a set of discrete series, λ lying in a complex finite dimensional vector space. The π P (σ, λ) are generalized principal series, induced from P . It is...

A MODIFIED QUASI-BOUNDARY VALUE METHOD FOR A CLASS OF ABSTRACT PARABOLIC ILL-POSED PROBLEMS M. DENCHE AND S. DJEZZAR Received 14 October 2004; Accepted 9 August 2005 We study a final value problem for first-order abstract differential equation with positive self-adjoint unbounded operator coefficient. This problem is ill-posed. Perturbing the final condition, we obtain an approximate nonlocal problem depending on a small parameter. We show that the approximate problems are well posed and that their solutions converge if and only if the original problem has a classical solution.
