This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Job Performance (JP), with a focus on the mediating roles of perceived green organizational support. Drawing on data collected from employees in Vietnamese enterprises, the research utilizes PLS-SEM to examine the relationships between GHRM and job performance outcomes.
