The proposed activity turned students into protagonists in the production of knowledge, giving them conditions to reflect on the contents and stimulating new perceptions from the dismantling and reassembly of contents in a contextualized form. Finally, the intervention proposal helped the students to form other perceptions about the space to which they belong, which is essential in the current social and socioeconomic context.

To explore the relationships between participant characteristics, perceptions of a short educational video about osteoarthritis and its management, and immediate changes in behavioural determinants for effective selfmanagement behaviours. Seventy-eight participants with knee OA (77% female, mean age 63.0±8.7) watched the 9-min video that included evidence-based content and was designed to foster empowerment to self-manage effine and immediately after watching the video.
