By analyzing data from the Global Innovation Report, the paper discovered that Vietnam has made remarkable progress in both scores and rankings of institutions that encourage innovation from 2015 to 2022, has followed the rules of the market economy and still need to be improved. The paper has pointed out limitations and recommended some solutions to improve institutions to encourage innovation in Vietnam in the coming time.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the cointegration relationship of stock market index of ASEAN countries from April 2012 to December 2019. Using the Augmented Dickey Fuller Test, it finds that all of the stock market data are non-stationary. Trace tests are used to indicate the number of cointegration ranks in the long run. The results are supported by Vector Autoregression and Vector Error Correction Models in order to point out the short-run relationship between the change in value of a stock market index and the others.

AMMI analysis observed highly significant values of environments, GxE interaction effects and genotypes effects for both the years of study. Lower values of EV1 during (2016-17) ranked genotypes as (G6, G2, G8); D1 for (G6, G2, G8); values of ASTAB1 for (G6, G2, G8) while SIPC1 for (G7, G1, G5) genotypes. EV2 measure pointed towards (G6, G2, G9) as desirable, D2 for (G6, G2, G8), whereas as per SIPC2 were (G5, G7, G8) & ASTAB2 opted for (G6, G2, G9). ASV and ASV1 recommended (G6, G2, G9) genotypes possessing stable performance as measures used 56.9% of GxE interaction.

Flaxseed is known as a source of Omega-3 fatty acid. Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) constitutes about 57% of the total fatty acid in flaxseed. There is a need to promote the use of Omega-3 fatty acid for nutritional requirements. Linseed contains a high amount of Omega-3. An enriched mouth freshener (containing Omega-3 fatty acid) was developed with incorporation of Flaxseed to evaluate sensory quality and nutritional value of the product. Flaxseed Mouth Freshener was standardized using organoleptic evaluation technique with help of 10 panel members using 9- point hedonic ranking scale.

The study sought to identify the constraints faced by the farmers in using Kisan Mobile Advisory Services (KMAS) in Uttara Kananda district of Karnataka State, registered under http://mkisan.gov.in portal through ICARKrishi Vigyan Kendra, Uttara Kannada, Sirsi. Total of 110 respondents were selected for the study, 10 each from 11 talukas in the district. Factor analysis was used to identify the major constraints that lie inherent in the set of 10 specific constraints that were presented before the respondents for their rankings on a four-point continuum (0 to 3).

The investigations were aimed to select Apis mellifera L. colonies for queen rearing on the basis of their biological and economical characteristics. Significant variations have been found in various colony parameters viz. colony strength (4.54 to 10.43 no. of bee frames), brood area (1579.49 to 5086.25 cm2 ), prolificness (271.52 to 874.35 no. of eggs laid / per day), pollen stores (79.75 to 401.84 cm2 ) and honey stores (550.00 to 2162.50 g). The overall performance of the colonies was measured by average ranking value obtained by colonies for different colony parameters.

The study was conducted in two different ecological zones of Haryana to determine the farmers’ awareness towards zero tillage to conserve the soil as the degradation is increasing day by day. A group of 240 respondents were interviewed with help of a well - designed interview schedule. The responses of farmers were obtained on three-point continuum scale as ‘fully aware’ ‘aware’ and ‘not aware’ against each statement and weight age were given as 3, 2 and 1, respectively.

Edible wax coating is one of the method for enhancing the shelf life of fruits and vegetables, thereby post-harvest losses of these can also be reduced. India ranks first in the production of rice bran oil and large amount of wax available from the oil refineries. At present Indian scenario this wax is more used in pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries even though it is edible. Lack of proper refining method constraints its use in food application.

This study tires to measure the job satisfaction level of managers working in saving and credit cooperative societies in Pokhara. It specially, ranks the managers' feelings about the general factors related to job satisfaction. It also considers gender, work experience and remuneration in relation to job satisfaction. It is based on the primary source of information and data collected through structured questionnaire. The data cover managers (office head) of 77 saving and credit cooperatives in Pokhara. Percentage, mean score, median, rank and chi-square test were used as analytical tools.

We present a graph-based semi-supervised learning for the question-answering (QA) task for ranking candidate sentences. Using textual entailment analysis, we obtain entailment scores between a natural language question posed by the user and the candidate sentences returned from search engine. The textual entailment between two sentences is assessed via features representing high-level attributes of the entailment problem such as sentence structure matching, question-type named-entity matching based on a question-classifier, etc.

We consider a very simple, yet effective, approach to cross language adaptation of dependency parsers. We first remove lexical items from the treebanks and map part-of-speech tags into a common tagset. We then train a language model on tag sequences in otherwise unlabeled target data and rank labeled source data by perplexity per word of tag sequences from less similar to most similar to the target.
