In this paper, we propose the Adapt-TTS model that allows high-quality audio synthesis from a small adaptive sample without training to solve these problems. The main contributions of the paper are: 1) The extracting mel-vector (EMV) architecture allows for a better representation of speaker characteristics and speech style; 2) An improved zero-shot model with a denoising diffusion model (mel-spectrogram denoiser) component allows for new voice synthesis without training with better quality (less noise).

This paper resolves the problem of detecting small drones in surveillance videos using deep learning algorithms. Single Shot Detector (SSD) object detection algorithm and MobileNet-v2 architecture as the backbone were used for our experiments. The pretrained model was re-trained on custom drone synthetic dataset by using transfer learning’s fine-tune technique. The results of detecting drone in our experiments were around 90.8%.

In this paper, a method to prepare video data is proposed consisting of a shot boundary detection technique on the basis of tracking camera motion through the background areas to the video frame (background tracking) and of some other steps to discard noise and to reduce false segmentation for increasing the accuracy of the video stream segmentation. Measures to be taken to overcome the problem of object’s and camera’s motion are proposed and an enhanced algorithm for segmenting video data is also reported.

There is only one outcome for a one-shot decision problem. The private real estate investment problem is analyzed within a one-shot decision framework. The procedure for a one-shot decision consists of two steps. In the first step, for each alternative, some states of nature, which are called focus points, are selected amongst all states of nature based on the attitudes of decision makers on uncertainty.

The purpose of this study is to examine a current land development decision within a one-shot decision framework. The main contributions of this study are as follows. A private real estate investment decision model is proposed within a one-shot decision framework, which is an innovative study on analyzing real estate investment problems from an economic viewpoint by using tools from the possibility theory. The analysis in this paper demonstrates the relation between the amount of uncertainty and the investment scale for different types of personal investors.
