The orientation activity at the beginning of the school year is one of the important sessions for medical students, especially first-year students. Well-oriented medical students will contribute to training appropriate future medical human resources, especially in preventive medicine and public health with the motto that prevention is better than cure. To describe career orientation and feedback on the first-year orientation activities of medical students at the School of Preventive Medicine and Public Health in 2022.

This thesis examines the elements of career growth that influence and shape organisational commitment and job satisfaction in the context of a ‘closed’ government agency in Malaysia. While a number of studies report empirical research in the private sector, as yet there has been little research published on this in the public sector. To address this research deficiency, a mixed methods approach was employed in this study.

This research examines property university programs in Australia. It tracks the student/graduate from the beginning of the university experience to that of the early-career professional, and examines expectations of other stakeholders, concentrating on property programs offered by Australian public universities. The basis of the research is a perceived gap in the literature and practice relating to stakeholder expectations of these programs and what may reasonably be done to improve satisfaction.
