In the article, the author outlines the development of the coastal zones in Vietnam; points out the actual status of institutions, mechanisms and policies for the development of the CEZs in Vietnam over the past time. From there, the author proposes some measures to improve the institutions, mechanisms and policies for the development of the CEZs in Vietnam in the coming time.

The linkage between substrate orientation, dominated by remote interactions, and a sizable symmetrical region identified in all known ribosome structures indicates a guided rotatory motion of aminoacylated-tRNAs along a ribosomal path leadings to the advance of nascent peptides into the protein exit tunnel at an extended conformation.

Endo-b-mannosidase is an endoglycosidase that hydrolyzes only the Manb1-4GlcNAc linkage of the core region of N-linked sugar chains. We used the genotyping data generated by the International HapMap Project to study the patterns of linkage disequilibrium (LD) in human genic regions. LD patterns for 11 998 genes from 11 HapMap populations were identified by analyzing the distribution of haplotype blocks.
