This study develops a probabilistic data-driven approach using the Multiple Layer Perceptron network coupled with the Dropout mechanism to perform the pushover analysis of reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures, predicting base shear, lateral displacement, as well as their relationship between the two formers.

This modeling is performed on an experimental data set of complexes, where the metal ions of these complexes include transition ion metals and lanthanide ion metals. We use these models to develop a series of new thiosemicarbazone and their complexes; simultaneously, the complexes are worked out the stability constants from the novel models.

In this study, MCS is applied to compute the reliability of the nodes and the network under uncertain demand and roughness, and to determine how reliability is distributed among the various nodes of WDN, as well as assessing the reliability of the network as a series or parallel system. In this paper, we present a novel global protein-protein interaction network alignment algorithm, which is enhanced with an extended large neighborhood search heuristics. Evaluated on benchmark datasets of yeast, fly, human and worm, the proposed algorithm outperforms state-of-the-art algorithms. Furthermore, the complexity of ours is polynomial, thus being scalable to large biological networks in practice.

A database consisting of 23 tripeptides was used to study the quantitative relationships between electric surface potential descriptors and antioxidant activity QESARs. The important structural descriptors SaaNH_acnt, SsOH_acnt, SaaN, SaaN_acnt, SsssCH, SaaaC, SsNH3p, SdO, SdO_acnt were selected for constructing the linear models QESARs with genetic algorithm. The best 4-variable linear model QESARlinear including the structural descriptors SaaN, SdO, SdO_acnt and SsOH_acnt was constructed. The quality QESARlinear was exhibited in statistical values R2 fitness of 97.
