The present study was aimed to analyse the usefulness of daily monitoring and ordering of platelet components against formula based platelet inventory management with respect to wastage of platelet components. In the present study we have analysed the utilization pattern of platelet concentrates at our center and discussed the approach to optimal inventory management system.

The purpose of this study is to forecast the arrival of foreign tourists in Indonesia by using Artificial Neural Network and Holt-Winters approach esutilising the historical data from January 2011 to December 2017. From the calculation process, we found that MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of Artificial Neural Network and HoltWinters approaches are 5.60% and 5.43%, respectively. So it can be concluded that the HoltWinters approach is better than the Artificial Neural Network approaches in forecasting the foreign tourists arrival in Indonesia.

The primary objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence the implementation of Industry 4.0 among Malaysian and Nigerian Small and Medium Enterprises. The Questionnaires were distributed to SMEs operators in both countries while analysis was done with 74 and 95 responses from Malaysia and Nigeria respectively using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM 3).

Present study is ascertain to elaborate the role of green supply chain management towards the suppliers’ performance. Further, the role of social capital as a potential mediator is also explored in the Thai business to business (B2B) context. Data was collected by using the survey questionnaires. Different statistical tests for measurement model and hypothesis testing respectively. Findings highlighted that suppliers’ performance both in environmental and operational terms improves due to the GSCM practices.

This paper investigates the influence of education and skill mismatch on job search behaviour and quits intention among workers in the manufacturing sector in Malaysia. Three indicators of mismatch were employed here; over-education, overskilling and job mismatch and they were measured using workers’ own assessment. Using data from own field survey, the 2016 Co-workers’ Externalities at Workplace (TERS-16), it was found that 18%, 45% and 37% of respondents were deemed overeducated, overskilled and being in mismatched jobs, respectively.

This study is based on a sample of firms related to the textile industry of Indonesia. Smart PLS-3 is used for data analysis that is gathered from Indonesia’s textile firms, in order to attain the objective of the research. The results of the study are consistent with the hypotheses. With respect to the association among TQM, SCM and supply performance, the IT competencies and SC technology mutually act as mediators.

This study incorporates a qualitative approach, focusing in port Klang due to the high volume of cargo handled and being the national economic barometer. Interviews were conducted whereby the respondents were managerial personnel in their respective departments. The study "The role of supply chain management in the relationship between earnings management and idiosyncratic volatility" aims to investigate the association between earnings management and idiosyncratic volatility, as well as the role of supply chain management in moderating the relationship between the two using a quantitative approach. Two kinds of earnings management, real and accrual, are investigated towards idiosyncratic volatility.
