This study aimed to analyse the effect of switching cost and product return management on re-purchase intent with customer satisfaction and customer value playing as moderating variables. Company A, a wholesaler that operates in the construction building material business in East Java was selected as the case study object for examining the relationships among the measured concepts. The survey was completed in three cities in which 200 retail stores of Company A’s customers are located.

The research objective is to explore brand equity of electronics supermarkets located in Hanoi. In particular, the dissertation focuses on clarifying the scientific basis of the factors affecting the brand equity of electronics stores. Since then, it inherits and builds a research model, followed by data analysis to assess the impact of retail marketing factors on the brand equity of local electronics stores. On that basis, several recommendations are proposed to improve the brand equity of electronics supermarkets in Hanoi.

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) fruit is cultivated for its nutritional and medicinal values. It is however, lost due to deterioration resulting from fungal pathogens. This research was undertaken to characterize the pathogens associated with fruit rot of cucumber collected from four retail outlets located in different parts of Maiduguri Metropolis. Assessment of the diseased cucumber fruits from the locations showed that Gamboru vegetable market was the most heavily infested location with all the fungal isolates.

Forty fish procured from retail shops located in and around from west Chennai were examined for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The cultural, biochemical, molecular and phylogenetic relationship characterization of isolates was performed to detect genetic variations among L. monocytogenes isolates. The selective enrichment procedure followed by selective isolation was used for Listeria isolation from fish intestines. Twenty (50%) L. monocytogenes were isolated and identified from fish intestines. Two different varieties were analyzed by the BLAST sequencing analysis of the isolates.

A total of 200 Poultry meat and associated environment samples which comprised of Tracheal swabs (n=40), Cloacal swabs (n=40), Skin swabs (n=40), Meat (n=40) and environment sample (knife samples (n=20) and butcher’s hand swabs (n=20) were collected from different retail poultry meat shops located in and around Junagadh district.
