Sense of employees

—The organizational culture is different to every businesses and company. It aims to provide employees with a guiding principle on the work and organization system and a sense of direction by achieving organizations’ aspirations. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the organizational culture and workplace partnership for achieving sustainable employment relations at public universities in Malaysia. This study is designed using a qualitative approach through observation and interviews.

Hospitality industry should manage its reputation as a valuable asset for the business continuity. The hotel’s reputation is built up by the employee’s perceptions of treatment and sense of belonging and engagement of the hotel. The purpose of this study is to analyze employee’s perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, employee engagement, and corporate reputation that have been undertaken by the hotel industry in Jakarta and how demographic factors influence these perceptions.

Company culture underpins a person’s acceptability and shared values. Such values have an impact on the work of Human Resource managers involved in the recruitment, selection, and especially the retention of staff. There is a link too to allocating training opportunities to those in favour within an organisation. A key concern must surely be retention of valued staff. Thus an ‘aesthetic’ employee is perceived, perhaps through behaviour, as talented, valued and beautiful, though probably not in a physical sense.
