Sheep is prepared

Sheep is one of the ungulates and critical for animal husbandry development like on grassland, whereas there are few pieces of research about their heat responses to date. In the present study, we selected two sheep breeds consisting of Mongolian sheep with evolving cold resistibility and Dorper sheep specifically bred for heat tolerance to explore how the different breeds of sheep positively respond to heat conditions. Three Mongolian sheep and 3 Dorper sheep underwent 37 ℃ stress (2 h per day) during 4 weeks.

In the present study, textural and composition parameters of paneer prepared with sheep and camel milk containing with different spices. Paneer is of great value in diet, especially in the Indian vegetarian context, because it contains a fairly high level of fat and proteins as well as some minerals, especially calcium and phosphorous.

In recent years, a profound transformation has been observed in the eating habits of the populations of African cities, induced by accelerated socioeconomic and demographic growth. In Senegal, these changes have manifested in the proliferation of collective informal catering enterprises, such as the ‘dibiteries’, where the roasted meat of sheep is prepared and sold. The rise of the average household income has contributed substantially to increasing levels of meat consumption, leading to the expansion of the dibiteries.
