This study is designed using a qualitative approach. A total of 30 entrepreneurs from the three largest Batik industries in Central Java, consist of Lasem-Rembang, Pekalongan and Laweyan Solo has participated in this study. The data collection technique is using observation, interview and some relevant reference such as reports, books and journals. The results of the analysis showed that the intangible assets (intellectual capital) are a strategic way to improve the performance of SMEs.

The study was conducted in thirty renowned oil industries located in the selected cities of Marathawada region in Maharashtra state (Parbhani, Hingoli, Aurangabad, Jalna and Nanded) to know the inside and outside intensity level of noise. These oil industries were involved in expelling oil from cotton seeds for the last 10-12 years. All the selected oil industries were established by small and medium entrepreneurs. Measurement of noise level was made with a handy sound level meter (model no. 2013, serial no. F 04000) manufactured in India by CYGENT system.

The study found a direct and positive effect of Crowdfunding on Entrepreneur’s Self-efficacy (β=0.924, P=.001). Overall, the result has landed support for crowdfunding, which indicates that it can influence on self-efficacy of entrepreneur.

This study applied the convenience sampling method to survey 235 Muslim entrepreneurs through a self-administrated questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS v.3 to test the hypothesis. Entrepreneurship involves the creation of jobs and wealth in the economy, normally through a small business management. The entrepreneurs may face some problems in performing these functions because certain psychological factors affect their entrepreneurship activities. The study investigated the impact of psychological factors on entrepreneurial intention among Agricultural students of SKUAST-K in Kashmir. To complement investment climate improvements and to help unleash supply response, direct support is sometimes appropriate for formal small and medium firms as well as entrepreneurs in informal settings, for example, in rural areas. Such support may comprise both finance and advice, for example, rural credit and extension services. Several decades of attempts to provide such support have shed light on the key success factors. First and foremost, successful direct support to firms requires a sound investment climate that provides incentives to use public support well.
