The main research methods include the qualitative survey with half-structured interviews conducted in three wards: Truong Dinh, Thuy Phuong and Sai Dong. The research outcomes reveal the most frequently-visited places among young migrant workers. It is noticeable that they do not go there very often.

The purpose of this study was to investigates factors that affect the intention to participate in voluntary social insurance of workers. The study adopted a structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the preferred factors that affect workers’ intention to participate with a sample of 240 respondents in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The results show that TRA and TPB theories provide an appropriate model for explaining customer intention to participate; especially with Moral Responsibility, Understanding, Attitude, State Contribution Support and Customer Consulting.
