This research analyzes the Peruvian organic production coffee industry, the relationship between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply Chain Integration (SCI) concerning the performance of the Cooperatives and the Coffee Associations in Junín Region of Peru. It also analyzes the current scenario of the Coffee Sector and the participation of the Supply Chain (SC) in the processing and distribution of Organic Coffee in Junín, Peru.

This paper presents performance measurement at the higher education concerning in customers and stakeholders’ perspective using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP is a quantitative method which can deal with complicated decision-making problem for evaluation. This research paper attempts to highlight the scarcity of articles published in the field of Sales & Operations Planning (S& OP) in supply chain management. The S & OP process allows Supply Chain Managers to balance demand and supply. Literature in leading journals are limited in the area of S & OP and there is a need to address this limitation to aid efforts to complement the demand planning process in smart industries. In 2010, it was recorded that only 15 papers were published and less than a handful of articles were written throughout the mid-2000s.

House of Risk Method is used to identify the most potential risk agents, while the fuzzy reasoning risk assessment model is used to determine the risk severity by risk agents. Based on the analysis, it is found that risk agent stock out of the product is the most potential risk agent in this industry. To reduce the impact, mitigation strategies are suggested for stock out product risk agents in warehouse are flexible supply base, safety stock, internal coordination, as well as create and control production schedules.

The result of the research showed that the company's reliance on process standardization and industrial standards was relatively high and the adoption rate for industrial standards are the highest. The company's response rate to its customers in terms of flexibility and delivery is not high and convergent for both variables. The purpose of this research is to model the factors affecting a production and inventory system that combines returns and remanufacturing, and to evaluate effective control strategies in order to improve the performance of the system. In this regard, the main steps adopted to conduct the modelling process initially involved an investigation of reverse logistics and closed loop supply modelling as reported in the literature.
