Surface morphological studies

This study introduces our innovative approach—a solvent-engineering technique—to fabricate lead bromide perovskite thin films and create dense surface morphologies that promote roomtemperature lasing.

This study involved the deposition of NiO thin films onto Al2O3/glass substrates using RFmagnetron reactive sputtering. Then, the influence of heating temperatures on crystal structure, surface morphology, transmittance, and optical band gap of NiO films was investigated via different characterization techniques.

In this thesis, we research and fabricate AgNDs, AgNFs, AuNFs structures on silicon by chemical deposition and electrochemical deposition method for the main purpose of using as SERS substrate. To this target, we have studied the morphology, structure and some properties of the nanostructures produced.

Two heterocyclic oximes (E)-N-hydroxy-1-(pyridin-2-yl)methanimine (Hp2ylm) and (E)-N-hydroxy-1-(pyridin-3-yl)methanimine (Hp3ylm) were synthesized from pyridine-2-carbaldehyde and pyridine-3-carbaldehyde, respectively.

The mechanism of corrosion inhibition was explored and supplemented by adsorption and surface morphological studies. Quantum mechanical investigations on corrosion behaviour of compounds were also conducted and satisfying correlation was noticed between the results of corrosion measurement methods and quantum mechanical evaluations.
