This study aims to report on an investigation into Dong Nai University EFL students' beliefs and practices of autonomous learning. The study was carried out for 6 weeks in the first semester of school year 2023-2024 at Dong Nai University, Vietnam. The research employed a quantitative method by using a questionnaire to gather data from 80 English-majored students.

In this study, a mixed method was used to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. A quantitative questionnaire was distributed to 522 managers and teachers and 30 managers and teachers were interviewed. Survey data were analyzed using SPSS software and compared with qualitative data to obtain more accurate information about the research problem.

This research study investigates the motivation for English language learning among undergraduate students at the University of Transport and Communications (UTC). The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to gather data. It includes a literature review on motivation theories, language learning, and questionnaire surveys. Content analysis is used for qualitative data, while descriptive and inferential statistics are used for quantitative data analysis.

The object of this study is the two groups of factors of human capital, including personality traits (noncognitive human capital), experience, and education (cognitive human capital) and SEI. The author coordinated with the Vietnam Social Enterprises Community (SSEC) to collect data from individuals participating in social entrepreneurship-related activities. The sample in this study is selected according to the conventional method. The questionnaire survey link created on Google Forms is sent to individuals who participate in the activities organized by SSEC.

This paper considers teachers’ attitudes to assessment. The attitudes were explored through Borg’s (2015) Language Teacher Cognition Framework. A mixed-methods approach of questionnaire and interview was adopted. The online survey was completed by English language teachers working in 57 different countries worldwide. The questionnaire was divided into 3 sections. The first section included questions which related to the participants’ experiences of assessment at school.
