The aim of this paper was to quantify spatialtemporal dynamics of mangrove forests Quang Yent town, Quang Ninh province from 2017 to 2019 using Sentinel 2A imageries. It then estimated above-ground mangrove biomass and carbon stocks, and their changes. These findings were used to inform coastal management planning and policy development, particularly related to sustainable management of mangrove forests and likelihood improvements in the face of a changing climate in Vietnam.
