In the current research project, a thorough analysis of the use of soy-PF resin for the creation of composites reinforced with jute was conducted. A novel and practical cutlery material was created after the mechanical properties were evaluated and optimized. In order to study the value addition of these newly proposed biocomposite materials as an ecological alternative in terms of natural resources versus synthetic resources, variables such as hardness, cytotoxicity, and degrading qualities of composites were also explored.

In this article, an enhanced segmentation method based on fractal dimension (FD) and evolutionary algorithms (EAs) for non-stationary signals, such as electroencephalogram (EEG), magnetoencephalogram (MEG) and electromyogram (EMG), is proposed. In the proposed approach, discrete wavelet transform (DWT) decomposes the signal into orthonormal time series with different frequency bands.

Some Practical Considerations of Predictability and Learning Algorithms for Various Signals In this chapter, predictability, detecting nonlinearity and performance with respect to the prediction horizon are considered. Methods for detecting nonlinearity of signals are first discussed. Then, different algorithms are compared for the prediction of nonlinear and nonstationary signals, such as real NO2 air pollutant and heart rate variability signals, together with a synthetic chaotic signal.
