Teachers can implement different activities to develop cooperative learning at school. This work describes different cooperative learning-focused exercises. They can be carried out at college to prepare students for future employment and develop self-confidence. When these exercises are applied regularly, they generate a great impact on the university students' learning process.

Objective of the research: Among the four skills of learning English, reading is paid much attention to by the teachers at high schools, however the students feel uninterested in reading classes because they lack motivation from the beginning of the lessons. The main objective of the research is to help students feel more interested in reading lessons by using Pre-reading activities.

The experience of English teaching, especially speaking class, comes from the actual classroom and that is not a good news for a new teacher, who does not have it but urgently needs to acquire the basic knowledge.
