In this study, an analytical chemistry practice was established and validated via the quantification of ibuprofen in drugs using the UHPLC-PDA/MS analysis for undergraduate students. These findings demonstrate that the analytical procedure is a promising and effective method for establishing the analytical chemistry practice to meet the general education curriculum 2018 in Vietnam and serve as a valuable reference for students and teachers.
