For the seventh time in the ten years the working group has existed people from different parts of the world gathered to discuss issues related to the Transfer and Diffusion of Information Technology. The theme of the 10th anniversary IFIP 8.6 working group event was “The Diffusion and Adoption of Networked Information Technologies”. Once again researchers and practitioners met and discussed if and how we can understand and model diffusion and adoption of technological innovations. The conference attracted 23 submissions.

This study examines a research model primarily based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) to reflect the key factors influencing the intention to use Fintech lending (Buy now Pay later - BNPL) services among the residents of Hanoi city. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method and questionnaire survey distribution. Survey data were collected from 405 respondents with knowledge of Fintech lending (BNPL) services in Hanoi city and were analyzed to provide evidence.

The purpose of this study is to identify the sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) by using factor analysis (exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis). Using a survey questionnaire, data were collected 230 respondents from private hospitals in Malaysia. The findings found that the factor analysis for SSCM model was fit and acceptable with four dimensions (environment, information and communications technology, culture change, and risk management).

This research aims to examine the acceptance of regional financial information systems in government using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and evidence of its influence on the performance. The study found 556 respondents who are civil servants in Lampung Province. The finding using SEM analysis shows that all constructs have an effect in conformity with the concept of TAM in a government institution. This study reveals that all variables which include the model of TAM theory have a positive impact on the user's performance.
