Bài viết trình bày kết quả thử nghiệm dự báo sự thay đổi đột ngột của cường độ và quỹ đạo bão trên khu vực Biển Đông bằng mô hình HWRF kết hợp đồng hóa số liệu. Mô hình HWRF được thiết kế thử nghiệm với số liệu điều kiện biên và điều kiện ban đầu là số liệu GFS độ phân giải 0,25×0,25 độ kinh vĩ, và số liệu đồng hóa được lấy từ hệ thống viễn thông khí tượng toàn cầu GTS (Global Telecommunications Systems).

This study summarizes a sample of the managers of the Iraqi cellular communications company with 84 employees. The company is a service organization responsible for providing integrated telecommunications services. As a management system that uses human, technical, material and financial resources, its size and value increase in line with technical progress. The demand for telecommunication services is increasing for several factors, the most important being the only means available to the majority and to the increase in population.

This research aims to extend the understanding of contingency theory and the factors influencing Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and Activity-Based Budgeting (ABB) system implementation in developing economies. Using qualitative case-based methods, the unique features of ABC/ABB implementation in three large Thai companies from telecommunications, banking and oil industries were investigated. Interviews were conducted with key personnel involved with the implementation process. The Telecommunications Company and Bank implemented ABC and the Oil Company implemented ABB.

The thesis aims to propose some control techniques for mobile target Robot-camera. After that, I studied some of the torque control techniques of joints for the Robot-camera system sticking to the mobile target and the Robot-camera system, paying attention to the motivating motor sticking to the mobile target. Finally, the author also proposed some control algorithms for Robotic-camera arm system with irregular model, external noise and preventing system degradation, using nonlinear sliding controller (TSMC) in combination with Artificial neural networks to estimate uncertain numbers.
