The low level of financial satisfaction of Generation Z will make them stressed about their future. This study aims to improve the financial satisfaction of Generation Z with Multiple Linear Regression and Regression Models with interaction supply chain strategies. Samples were used as many as 246 respondents from 263 questionnaires distributed in Pekanbaru City using convenience and purposive sampling methods, namely the Generation Z age criteria.

The present study was conducted in Davangere district of Karnataka state during 2017-18. For the study, 40 farmers each from public, co-operative and private market intervention were selected following simple random sampling procedure. Thus, the total sample size constituted to 120. The data was collected using pre-tested questionnaires. The knowledge level of farmers was measured considering criteria like General information, post-harvest activities and Market related information by framing different statements.

As a result, the study selected 15 most important competencies in 30 initial aggregated ones. Analyzing the set of competency criteria, the results showed that there was a significant difference in perceptions about the importance of criteria between students and employers. While employers considered the skill and attitude criteria to be more important, the students punctuated the criteria of knowledge.

This study aimed at determining the farmers knowledge on sustainable cultivation practices in groundnut. 81 items on knowledge were selected from a large number of item pool collected based on standard criteria and in consultation with scientists of RARS, Tirupati, Subject Matter Specialists, trainers, extensionists of Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University. Finally, 39 items were selected after following the statistical procedures for the construction of standard knowledge test.

Since sugarcane is a vegetatively propagated crop, heterosis can be settled and exploited in F1 age. The extent of heterosis gives a foundation to decide genetic diversity of variety and furthermore serves as a guide for the decision of attractive superior parents. Information about the magnitude of heterosis is the prerequisite criteria for the development of superior hybrids. A good hybrid should manifest high amount of heterosis for commercial exploitation.
