The role of employees is vital for service businesses. Therefore, maintaining employee satisfaction plays a significant role in the performance of service companies. The topic shows a comprehensive picture of the level of job satisfaction of officers and employees working in the commercial banking system in Ho Chi Minh City through 09 aspects of satisfaction. Regression results of the study prove that job satisfaction in the aspect of “Communication of information” has the most substantial impact on the “General satisfaction” of employees.

This paper examines the factors affecting the business performances of tourism firms listed in Vietnamese stock exchanges by using a crosssectional panel data during 8-year period from 2015 to 2022. The authors adopt different models including OLS, REM, FEM, FGLS to test the effects of 10 factors on the tourism firms’ business performances which are measured by three financial indicators ROA, ROE and ROS.

This study is conducted to identify disruptive factors affecting the performance of Small Medium Enterprise supply chain in the livestock industry. The role of supply chain management in the livestock industry starts from selection of breeders, equipment suppliers to distribution of slaughter meat to retailers, distributors and end users. The outcomes of this study are useful for firms adapting ERP as they would be able to strategize future ERP system implementation in different sectors, such as education, and large firms in general. One limitation of the study is its small sample size. Moreover, the author has not included other measures of medium sized enterprises performance outside of the procurement area despite these factors could provide further insights to medium sized enterprises performance, and will be an interesting topic for future research.

The study presented in this paper analyzes City Brand Attractiveness. Focusing on the city in Indonesia, namely West Bandung Regency, this study aims to examine the factors that affect the City Brand Attractiveness. The empirical application is performed on the basis of a sample of 373 visitors who have traveled to West Bandung Regency, analyzed by using Rasch Model. The findings show that tourists response to the city's attractiveness is low, the Ancillary Service factor with a low response, and the Tourism Attraction factor get high expectations from tourists responses.

This paper examined the association between financial leverage and financial performance of Nigerian manufacturing firms. Performance is the ability of management to control firms’ resources to gain competitive advantage. Among the internal organisational factors that affect firms’ profitability is financial leverage which is the firms’ capital structure framework. From agency theory perspective, it is hypothesised that profitability increases with debt financing to a certain optimal level of debts.
