The international hotel

In recent years, the hospitality Industry has overcome numerous challenges to initiate green practices. Greater interest in customers green behaviours has led the hotel industry to practice more environmentally friendly activities. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors that influence customers in visiting green hotels in Malaysia. The theory of planned behaviour (TPB) has been embedded to investigate the factors. Data was collected via questionnaires through online by invitation through email and offline from travellers in selected airports.

Organizations are embracing the “go green” concept. It is being implemented in the internal and external organizational boundaries with the primary aim to establish a superior environmental and financial performance. Bearing in mind the importance of the topic current study examined how the GRHM do contributes towards the GSCM. An empirical study was conducted to examine the aforementioned relationship and for this purpose data were collected from 200 managers of hotels in Phuket Thailand. Smart-PLS have been employed for the data analysis.

This study tests quantitatively whether attitude becomes intervening between brand image and perceived value towards revisiting intention, using a partial least square method to analyze data, a survey with questionnaires on 100 consumers of resort hotels in Bandung City by considering the supply chain management. The result showed that consumer attitude in Bandung City is not significant as an intervening role for brand image perceived value and revisit intention.

In this paper the components of tourism infrastructure were investigated by considering the supply chain management effects. One of the most important components of tourism infrastructure is the hotel industry. In recent years, the quantity of means of collective placement in the Republic of Tatarstan increased. In the republic, means of placement of almost all categories are presented, among them there are also representatives of such large hotel chains as Hilton, Marriott, ark Inn, Ramada, Ibis. The food industry is also an integral part of tourism infrastructure of the region.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of total quality management practices on corporate social responsibility in Malaysian hotels using the supply chain management model, namely, the supply chain operations reference model (SCOR). While considering the Malaysian hospitality industry, the database was developed. For a sample of 250 Malaysian hotels, with 3-5 stars, the database comprised of representative parameters related to CSR and TQM.

The questionnaire delivered to the student that is already experiencing booking hotel via Traveloka.com. The results show that the attitude positively influences the intention to book the hotel. The higher of the individual attitude toward the Traveloka.com application, the higher the intention to book the hotel online.
