This study proposes a hybrid multi-filter wrapper method for feature selection of relevant and irredundant features in software defect prediction. The proposed hybrid feature selection will be developed to take advantage of filter-filter and filter-wrapper relationships to give optimal feature subsets, reduce its evaluation cycle and subsequently improve SDP models overall predictive performance in terms of Accuracy, Precision and Recall values.

The paper presents the improved function of transforming the assessment criteria values and the formula of value calibration. The advantages of this function are flexibility and taking account the regular tendencies of changes in the criteria values. The level of enterprise performance is determined by an integrated index obtained as partial desirability functions folding by gmean. This generalizing desirability function is sensitive to small transformed criteria values that realizes tough requirements to assessment.

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is the sum of income for all goods and services acquired in a given time period. This study develops a model of GDP data for the state of Johor between 2005-2016 using the Logistic Growth model. Long-term GDP equilibrium values are predicted using non-linear equations and tested with different parameters. Forecasts of GDP in the near future are also presented using the appropriate parameters.

The greatest impact on the cadastral value of land plots is the distance to the capital of the Russian Federation and the land area. The influence of the coefficient of the length of the land plot on its cadastral value in all built specifications was not confirmed. The quality of the results was tested using Fisher test, student test, regression equation specification error test (RESET), testing of regression residues on heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation (White test, Breusch-Pagan test).

In this study, in order to investigate the error rate of seismic analysis methods (static equivalent, spectral and time history) in intermediate structures with irregularity of hardness, 4 5-story steel samples with dual flexural frame system and bracing with different states of irregularity in height in soft SAP software has been modeled. The results showed that the equivalent static analysis method always provides conservative and somewhat uneconomical values compared to other methods, so it can be said that for static buildings, equivalent static analysis is reliable.
