Hodgkin lymphoma is a systemic disease that commonly involves the cervical, supraclavicular, and mediastinal lymph nodes. The involvement of central nervous system in Hodgkin lymphoma is extremely rare, and diagnosis is usually established using distinct morphological and immunohistochemical staining on the tissue biopsied.

Soft-tissue myoepithelioma (STM) is an extremely rare benign tumor with predominant occurrence in head, neck, pelvic girdle and limbs. These tumors lack specific clinical and morphological features and can easily be confused with more common neoplasms. It may lead to incorrect diagnosis and management.

Alphonso is the most delicious variety of mango (Mangifera indica L.) known for its excellent texture, taste, and richness with vitamins and minerals. The present study was attempted to evaluate the impact of Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy treatment on morphological characteristics, quality, yield and molecular assessment of mango. A plot of 16 acres lands used for this study with already grown mango trees.

A novel polycaprolactonee zeolite nanocomposite Y (PCL - Zeol) scaffold was fabricated as a carrier for sustained release of cisplatin (Cis) for bone cancer treatment. In this regard, after synthesis of Zeol with a proper morphological uniformity, Cis was loaded with a high loading capacity into the cavities of Zeol nanoparticles.

Basidiomata of a hitherto undescribed Limacella species were collected from the grasslands of Punjab, Pakistan. We describe it as Limacella subtropicana, which is characterized by its viscid, white to creamy pileus, white to the creamy stipe, changing to brown when bruised, subglobose basidiospores measuring 4.0–6.3 × 3.7–5.5 μm, an ixotrichodermal pileipellis with subcylindric to clavate terminal elements and the common presence of clamp connections in all tissues.

In study "Melatonin ameliorates cisplatin-induced neurodegeneration in medulla oblongata through the expressions of Aqp-1,-4, inflammation, and apoptosis pathway genes", the neuroprotective effects of melatonin (MEL) with changes in apoptosis, inflammation, and histopathological morphology were evaluated in the medulla oblongata of cisplatin (CIS) administered rats. Although the side effects of CIS are known in many tissues, its reaction on the medulla oblongata and the molecular association underlying this effect is unclear.

Genome-wide association studies have identified the CDC7-TGFBR3 intergenic region on chromosome 1 to be strongly associated with optic disc area size. The mechanism of its function remained unclear until new data on eQTL markers emerged from the Genotype-Tissue Expression project.

Real time RT-PCR (qPCR) is a useful and powerful tool for quantitative measurement of gene expression. The proper choice of internal standards such as reference genes is crucial for correct data evaluation. In female dogs, as in other species, the reproductive tract is continuously undergoing hormonal and cycle stagedependent morphological changes, which are associated with altered gene expression.

Wounds cause structural and functional discontinuity of an organ. Wound healing, therefore, seeks to re-establish the normal morphology and functionality through intertwined stages of hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and tissue remodelling. Ivermectin, a macrolide, has been used as an endectoparasiticide in human and veterinary medicine practice for decades.

Plants have the remarkable ability to generate callus, a pluripotent cell mass that acquires competence for subsequent tissue regeneration. Global chromatin remodeling is required for this cell fate transition, but how the process is regulated is not fully understood.

In the present study, wrinkled surfaces were discovered on the cell wall thickenings of helical vessels in the lilac style for the first time. The structure of the wrinkles was formed by cellulose microfibrils, with convex ridges composed of crystalline cellulose and concave grooves composed of amorphous cellulose. The cellulose microfibrils were oriented with the helical cell wall thickenings. The wrinkle morphology was due to the aligned crystalline region of the microfibrils.

The formation of matured and individual sperm involves a series of molecular and spectacular morphological changes of the developing cysts in Drosophila melanogaster testis. Recent advances in RNA Sequencing (RNA-Seq) technology help us to understand the complexity of eukaryotic transcriptomes by dissecting different tissues and developmental stages of organisms. To gain a better understanding of cellular differentiation of spermatogenesis, we applied RNA-Seq to analyse the testis-specific transcriptome, including coding and non-coding genes.

Embryonic and fetal exposure to maternal obesity causes several maladaptive morphological and epigenetic changes in exposed offspring. The timing of these events is unclear, but changes can be observed even after a short exposure to maternal obesity around the time of conception. The hypothesis of this work is that maternal obesity influences the ovine preimplantation conceptus early in pregnancy, and this exposure will affect gene expression in embryonic and extraembryonic tissues.

Archived formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) samples are valuable clinical resources to examine clinically relevant morphology features and also to study genetic changes. However, DNA quality and quantity of FFPE samples are often sub-optimal, and resulting NGS-based genetics variant detections are prone to false positives.

The in vitro raised plantlets were successfully acclimatized under ex vitro conditions and grew well in the glasshouse. All the regenerated plantlets appeared normal with respect to morphological characteristics with 100% survival rate. Somaclonal variation in tissue culture is a common phenomenon which makes it mandatory to check for genetic stability of plants. The genetic variation in the in vitro raised plants was confirmed using Inter Simple Sequence Repeats(ISSR) markers. Comparison of the bands with the mother plant revealed that the genetic variation frequency reached 6.
