The rest of the paper is organized as follows: In the next section, we recall the concept of picture fuzzy set and several operators of two picture fuzzy sets. We then propose a new MCDM method using the dissimilarity measure of picture fuzzy sets. Finally, we apply the proposed method for evaluating water reuse applications.

This thesis presents the design of a test asset system capable of testing GNSS receivers for speed accuracy and the Uncertainty of Measurements (UOM) analysis for this system. The test asset system utilises a variety of engineering solutions and is capable of maintaining high accuracy benchmarks in speed measurements. The test asset system has an UOM equal 0.4 km/h for the entire range of speeds used for GNSS speed testing. The system was designed, assembled and tested to ensure the system maintains its integrity and capability to test GNSS receivers for speed measurement.

This preliminary template not only lists all expected unc. sources but also supplies ranges of unc., estimates for correlations between unc. of the same and different experiments which can be used if the information is nonexistent.

In this article, we will first discuss the issues of the prompt g-ray spectroscopy regarding the control of all the uncertainties involved in the (n,n0g) cross section estimation. Secondly, we will focus on the role of theoretical modeling which, in certain cases, is crucial to reach the objectives of a few percent uncertainty on the (n,n0) cross sections.
