Research content "Shorten the gap of bachelor of hotel management training at universities for hotel business enterprises In Viet Nam" has shown significant gaps in hotel industry training with actual needs. The author interviewed a group of professionals and analyzed the existing concerns and proposed some solutions to narrow the gap in hotel human resource training between schools and employer units in the future hotel industry.

The research "Research on factors influencing brand equity value of universities in Ho Chi Minh city" aims to identify the factors that influence brand equity value of universities in Ho Chi Minh City by applying Aaker's (1991, 1996) brand equity model. The research data was collected from 850 students in Ho Chi Minh City. The research utilizes the Cronbach's Alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and regression analysis.

This paper aims to explore the extent to which the type of university affects the link between transformational leadership and supply chain management (SCM), in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This paper uses quantitative methods to study the link between the main variables. The data were gathered from 611 lecturers in 14 public and 11 private universities in the Kurdistan Region. SmartPLS3 was used to evaluate measurement model and structural model. The results show a significant correlation between transformational leadership and readiness for change.
