  • This study aims to explore the transmission of pollutants from the domestic wastewater of the Rach Tram - Phu Quoc eco-urban project. To achieve this, the Ecolab module of the Mike model is employed. The dispersion of pollutants is influenced by both hydraulic and wind conditions. Notably, under southwest wind condition, the dispersion of pollutants is considerably more pronounced compared to that observed during the Northeast monsoon.

  • This paper evaluates sustainable urban bus service quality based on passenger perception and expectation in local tourism destinations in order to attain a comprehension of tourists’ attitudes towards local public transport. The study focuses on the combination of route 101 and 102 by Rapid Penang bus to investigate passenger satisfaction because the bus is the main public transport used by most tourist who use both routes. Data collection by questionnaire survey from 201 valid questionnaires was analysed using sustainable assessment model for both routes.

  • The study "Application of remote sensing and GIS to establish surface temperature map of Phu Tho province" used Landsat 8 images to calculate the surface temperature of Phu Tho province. The data used in the study are Landsat 8 images combined with geographical data of the area. Calculation results of Phu Tho province’s surface temperature range from 26.79-46.32°C. Places with high temperatures are concentrated in the city. Viet Tri is a place with high population density and rapid urbanization. The temperature in the high mountains is relatively cool.

  • This study applies the text-mining methodology, aims to explore how urban image formed with which destination brand personalities. Based on online reviews retrieved from TripAdvisor, 12 traits related to four dimensions of Danang brand personalities is explored. These dimensions are sincerity, excitement, competence, and sophistication. The results show that excitement and competence are dominant personalities of Danang urban heritage image with the coverages are 6.31% and 2.86%, respectively. Some implications for city image promotion and further research also are suggested.
