Currently, the ability to convert raw materials from lignocellulose-rich biomass by traditional methods has many limitations. Therefore, the objective of the thesis is to exploit a variety of biocatalysts (hydrolases) from fungi to efficiently convert lignocellulose-rich biomass from ABP into sugars (C5 and C6) capable of fermenting for bioethanol production.
