Vietnamese business system

The article emphasizes the importance of comprehensive finance and access to capital for MSMEs in Vietnam. While comprehensive finance can create favorable conditions, it does not always guarantee easy access to capital for these businesses. Systemic barriers, business credit factors, financial institution priorities, and local conditions can create disparities in capital access for MSMEs. The article provides recommendations for government and relevant agencies to improve this situation and create a more favorable environment for MSMEs.

The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression. The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant. This understandable because each online store has different system and procedure that incovenience for consumers.

This paper investigates the impact of macroprudential policies on Vietnamese public listed companies’ financial leverage over the period of 2007 to 2021. In 2011, Vietnamese Central Bank introduce credit restrictions as a monetary policy instrument to contain net credit creation by the financial sector and to safeguard the financial system as a whole. In this paper, we focus on the impact of such restrictions on the optimal leverage decision of Vietnamese non-financial firms.

This study examines the impact of ownership structures, foreign ownership, and concentrated ownership, on risk in Vietnamese commercial banks. We employ panel data analysis, considering financial metrics (ROA, ROE, ADZ), control variables (SIZE, LOA, LIQ, EFF), and macroeconomic conditions (δt). Results indicate that foreign ownership reduces risk, seen in lower standard deviations of ROA and ROE. In contrast, concentrated ownership increases risk, particularly in ROA.

This study focuses on the burden of tax compliance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam which is a vital component of Vietnam economy, accounted for 45% GDP and 31% of total State budget revenue, attract more than 5 million employees. This paper investigates whether this is the case for 60 Vietnamese provinces for the time-period 1999-2010, using a system-GMM estimator and a Solow growth model augmented with human and physical capital and spatial lag covariates. We report that spatial dependence is a significant determinant of growth and conditional convergence in Vietnamese provinces. We also demonstrate that the rate of convergence decreases as the distancebetween neighbouring provinces increases.

From these reasons, the authors based on a theoretical perspective including the drafting history of the Convention, expert commentary, and directed to judicial practice (case law) to give an insight, systematically on the principles of contractual interpretation under the CISG, comparing with the principles of contractual interpretation according to the legal system, other international tools and especially Vietnam's Civil Code 2015 and therefore, bringing propose solutions for Vietnamese enterprises in the application of appropriate measures to the judicial agencies.

The internal control system of commercial banks has become increasingly meaningful in the stable and sustainable development of the national financial system over the past time. In order to evaluate of internal control systems in the practical application of Vietnamese commercial banks, the authors conducted empirical research with 382 experts of most commercial banks in Vietnam. The results show that the internal control system of commercial banks has certain effects but still some shortcomings in each component.
