This paper employs a qualitative study for investigating the critical determinants of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) adoption in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially the case of hotels in Da Nang City. The qualitative research is conducted with semi-structured interviews with 15 hotel managers.
