In study "Impact of urbanization on seawater quality in Quang Ninh province" the authors use indicators to assess the level of water pollution, such as chemical and microbial pollution and measure the impact of urban factors, such as population growth, wastewater discharge and water consumption. In the survey results of seawater quality in two seasons, the rainy season and the dry season, there is a difference in some specific hydrological indicators, such as Coliform exceeding the allowable threshold in the dry season and iron and ammonium content tending to increase.

Dry bean (phaseolus vulgaris L.) field experiment was carried out under the subhumid climatic conditions of Bafra, Turkey, to evaluate the possibilities of using hyperspectral reflectance data for estimating yield and water consumption.
