A remark on global holderian error bounds for differentiable semi-algebraic functions

We give some examples which show the difference between Fedoryuk set of polynomial functions and Fedoryuk set of differentiable semi-algebraic functions. The existence of local and global error bounds has many applications to other problems, for instance, convergence analysis of algorithms, variational inequalities, sensitive analysis.
