The QO inspects all materials brought to the job site. The inspection staff documents the type of material, the general visual condition of the material, and indicates that the material is being stored and handled according to manufacturers’ recommendations and specifications. The QO inspector examines the bill-of-lading, the certificate of compliance, and the on-site material to document that certifications are complete for the material and performs testing as necessary.
