Agricultural export: Enhance legal understanding to assist Vietnamese small and medium sized enterprises to overcome barriers

Vietnamese agricultural small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in economic development, employment creation and output growth. Despite being given numerous incentives from reform programs, Vietnamese export agricultural SMEs are continuing facing challenges related to credit, market access, international competition and human resources.
