Antioxidant and antiobesogenic properties of Aqueous extracts of Hibiscus sabdariffa, Zingiber officinale and Mentha spicata in Wistar high-fat diet rats

The world has already undergone several health-related upheavals that have drawn the attention among which obesity. It is an important public health problem as well in developed as in developing countries. In order to sustainably manage this disease and associated damages, medicinal plants could be an alternative solution to synthetic drugs which can present side effects.
