Performance appraisal in employee career development is one of the important factors to enhance job satisfaction of workers, which can make them more engaged and contribute to the growth of the organization. This study conducted research on the relationship between employee performance appraisal and job satisfaction at FPT Software Joint Stock Company, one of the most well-known information technology firms in Vietnam.
